My partners been complaining about poor quality on amazon prime for past couple of days, to me look like it changing resolution and bit rate nearly every second, this on numerous devices. Theirs nothing wrong on my end as steam,origin, etc are downloading at 8.9MB/sec -9.5mb/sec. Netflix streams in the highest quality. If Amazon Instant Video is the only App that won't show the pointer, uninstall then reinstall the App. To do so: Press the Smart button on your remote. Then click the More icon near the bottom right.
