No different that earlier versions of Windows. Now, when you say you 'launched Hyper-V' does that mean that you enabled the role on the Windows Server host?

Re: Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP configuration Go to solution Thre is only normally one DNS server specified, which is the home hubs internal one. ie. 192.168.1.254, but if you did want to use an additional one, you could use 8.8.8.8 which is Googles public DNS server.
